An award-winning iGaming brand is looking for an experienced Account Manager. iGaming industry experience is a plus. The office is located in the business center at the heart of Warsaw city.
Key responsibilities:
- Development of new long-term business relationships in the field of online games;
- Direct Customer Engagement and process coordination with the marketing team;
- Developing campaigns plan to aim at different customer base segments on a monthly and weekly basis;
- Business ownership of Customer Engagement tools, such as Marketing Automation, Loyalty System, Bonus Engine, and Tournament Engine.
- Direct marketing tools, communication execution.
- Direct marketing business processes development and optimization.
- Bonus and direct marketing communications budget supervision.
You are the best if you have:
- Account management experience in the iGaming industry from 1-2 years is a plus;
- Fluent English;
- Excellent business and interpersonal communication skills;
- Experience in working with potential clients;
- Active, determined, highly motivated, and assertive personality.
