Account Manager

An award-winning iGaming brand is looking for an experienced Account Manager. iGaming industry experience is a plus. The office is located in the business center at the heart of Warsaw city.

Key responsibilities:

  • Development of new long-term business relationships in the field of online games;
  • Direct Customer Engagement and process coordination with the marketing team;
  • Developing campaigns plan to aim at different customer base segments on a monthly and weekly basis;
  • Business ownership of Customer Engagement tools, such as Marketing Automation, Loyalty System, Bonus Engine, and Tournament Engine.
  • Direct marketing tools, communication execution.
  • Direct marketing business processes development and optimization.
  • Bonus and direct marketing communications budget supervision.

You are the best if you have:

  • Account management experience in the iGaming industry from 1-2 years is a plus;
  • Fluent English;
  • Excellent business and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Experience in working with potential clients;
  • Active, determined, highly motivated, and assertive personality.
