We’re inviting the Event Marketing Manager to join our team!
What you should do:
Organize regular entertainment events inside the office in Warsaw;
Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success;
Prepare budgets and ensure adherence;
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers;
Make photo and video reports from the events;
Deal with issues related to external events of the company (booking hotels/tickets for employees, organization of payments, control of all key events and regular reminders, communication with contractors, etc.)
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that all materials are printed or created in time for the event;
Manage the print of flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and other print materials;
Review marketing materials created by outside vendors and approve them before they are used;
Work with the director of marketing and marketing executives to prepare the event, and marketing materials, and deliver photos or videos from the event.
Requirements:
Experience as an event manager;
Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills;
Strong organizational and project management skills;
Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines;
A knack for problem-solving;
Knowledge of Ukrainian/Russian, English, and Polish languages at a high level.
